It is acid resistant and anti etching ink ,which used for etching method to make circuit board pattern.The utility model has the advantages of good image reproduction,high resolution,good appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.

Operating parameters

1.Substrate surface pretreatment

With 3-5% sulfuic acid water cleaning ,grinding brush wheels were 500,800,1000 mesh,1200 mesh,the drying temperature is 80DEG-120DEG 10mm-20mm,grinding mill,require time is more than 20s.

2.Open oil

Will be fully mixed with the ink after mixing,stirring after the completion of static 15min or more,so that the ink viscosity stability in the use of.

3.Screen printing

Screen printing:take 100-120T nylon diagonal net tension 23+1N

Squeegee angle of 5-20 degrees2-6kg/cm-pressure

4.Dry

Room temperature 2H or 70-90C for 10-15min

Note:According to actual temperature and humidity of the environment,there is a big difference in the drying time ,but shoube be completely cured ink.

5.Etching

Acid(or Alkaline)etching solution:temperature 40-10DEG C,the proportion of 24-28Be,55-60s,2.5-3.0kg/cm(20Z copper 120-150s)-pressure.

6.Ink removal

40+10C,3-5% NaOH solution,20-40s,spray pressure-1.5-2.0kg/cm
